Overtime the outer window scraper rubbers shrinks and hardens due to the many years of being out in the sun. This causes water to find its way inside your door. When not dealt with in time the water will destroy your door panels and rust will form from the inside of the door.
Original window scrapers are very hard to find in good condition, because most of them are hard and shorter than they should be.
That's why we offer this solution. A new aftermarket outer window scraper rubber set for 5 door model. The look and fitment is the same as the original.
This rubber fits on Golf and Jetta MK2's. Both the new and old type models. It may need a small bit of trimming to ensure a perfect fit to your car.
We also offer the rubbers separate per door.
*Please note that these rubbers are not compatible with the chrome window trims, since those trims need special cut outs in order to fit.
