Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide, both within and outside Europe.
Handling time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Multiple shipments
Some products are shipped by our fulfilment partners. Orders containing items from different locations may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Pre-order items
When a pre-order item is purchased together with an in-stock item, the full order will normally be shipped once the pre-order item is ready.
Estimated delivery times
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- Outside Europe: up to 6 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or courier delays.
Import fees
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or courier handling fees. These charges depend on the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
